Since I am a young business owner and some of my agents have been in the industry longer than I have, she coached me in the many ways that younger people can have a vital place in this industry while giving me a shot of confidence. Barbara recruited me while I was working at a coffee shop across from her office. I had zero sales experience and no knowledge of insurance, however she saw something in me and was willing to give me an opportunity that changed my life. Being a young professional at the age of 23, I often encountered clients who would see the photo on my business card and after speaking with me, would comment on the fact that I was so young but it seemed as though I had 30 years of experience.
