Recruits will go through the bootcamp, coming out with the following training…
• Learning the history of our industry and our lingo
• Understanding auto and home insurance
• Understanding auto and home insurance
• Understanding E & O exposures
• Training with your specific carriers
• Using role play to learn how to interact with clients
We will solidify the training by having your superstar take exams throughout the bootcamp to document progress and at the end of the session to prove results.
